Where do I collect/drop off my equipment?

Due to Covid 19 we are following the government guidelines for social distancing and are waiting for the go ahead to start exploring again.  When that day comes we will be offering a contact free deivery and pick up service to any Edinburgh address.  Pelase note that all equipment must be available for pick up by 12pm on the arranged date of return.  Get in touch to arrange a delivery time.

When is the latest I can make a booking?

We ask for 24 hours notice but please get in touch to see if we have availability.

Is my tent waterproof?

All of our equipment is dependable in all weather. This is Scotland after all.

Will I receive my deposit back?

Yes as long as nothing is lost or damaged.

The deposit is only taken for any equipment not returned or returned damaged.

Where can I leave my luggage while I go camping?

There are lockers at the bus station available for storage.

Can I make changes or cancel my booking?

You will receive a full refund up to 14 days before the day of departure.

What will the weather be like?

Be prepared for all seasons and make sure you check the forecast before your adventure.

Can I rent equipment all year around?

Yes, however please bear in mind the unpredictable Scottish weather and the opening dates for campsites (usually April – October). If you wish to hire out with these dates please get in touch to discuss your needs for the more extreme temperatures.

What is the admin fee for?

The one-off fee of £50 covers all admin, delivery, drying and cleaning of the tent.
